Job summary

Trustwell Living at Eagle Pointe Place is seeking an Activities Assistant to plan and lead fun, meaningful experiences for our senior residents. You’ll help create engaging programs that brighten days and foster connection in our warm community.

You may work weekends, holidays, or evenings—the times when the events are often the most enjoyable. Experience in senior living or recreation is a bonus, and we offer opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) required.
• CPR/First Aid certification encouraged; assistance provided if not held.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys being around seniors.
• Able to lead activities and work well in a team.
• Bonus for experience in senior living, recreation, childcare, or roles making people smile.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead fun, meaningful experiences for seniors in the community.
• Help organize events, activities, and theme parties while ensuring safety and inclusivity.

Schedule: Sometimes you’ll work weekends, holidays, or evenings—but those are often the most fun events anyway!

What We’re Looking For

• A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification? Great. If not, we’ll help you get it.
• A valid Drivers License
• You’re friendly and outgoing, and you love being around seniors.
• You’re a team player but also confident leading a group.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in senior living, recreation, childcare, or any role where you’ve made people smile.
• Creative thinker – you’ve got cool ideas and love making things fun.
