Job summary

Trustwell Living of Raytown is seeking an Activities Assistant to plan and lead fun, meaningful experiences for our senior residents. You will help design daily programs, coordinate with care staff, and ensure activities are accessible and enjoyable.

A high school diploma is required. CPR/First Aid certification is encouraged; training can be provided. A valid driver's license is needed, and you should be friendly, outgoing, and comfortable leading groups. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred; if not, we'll help you obtain it.
• A valid Driver's License.
• Friendly and outgoing, and you love being around seniors.
• You're a team player but also confident leading a group.
• Bonus points for experience in senior living, recreation, childcare, or roles where you made people smile.
• Creative thinker with ideas to make activities fun.

Schedule: Sometimes you'll work weekends, holidays, or evenings—but those are often the most fun events anyway!

What We're Looking For
