Job summary

Complete Care at Corsica Hills in Centreville, MD is looking for a dedicated Activities Assistant to run scheduled programs and assist residents with activities.

The role is full-time with every other weekend required. Starting pay is $15 per hour, and prior long-term care experience is helpful but not required; strong communication and computer skills are advantageous to support residents and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Implement scheduled programs and assist residents as needed.
• Monitor resident behavior during events and communicate to nursing as needed.
• Maintain and manage activity attendance calendars.
• Assist in preparing and displaying holiday decorations throughout facility.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Activities and Administrator.
