• Full time, 8:00 am–4:30 pm
• Pay up to $22.98
• Experience in: Painting, Construction/Maintenance, Plumbing/Electrical

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot building mechanical problems.
• Perform miscellaneous repairs, scheduled, and preventative maintenance on equipment ensuring satisfactory operations.
• Work with electrical systems, various heating, ventilating, and air‑conditioning systems.
• Follow established safety rules, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department.
• Other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director and Administrator.
