Job summary

Nexus Health in Belleville, IL seeks an Activities Assistant to support planning and implementing recreational, social, and therapeutic activities that improve residents' quality of life.

You will assist in organizing individual and group activities, provide enrichment programs, and encourage participation across all residents. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or willingness to obtain it, with a focus on clear communication and compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certified or willingness to become certified.
• Prior experience with elderly patients preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
