Job summary

Heritage-Healthcare-of-Lyndhurst is seeking a compassionate Activities Assistant to help plan and lead engaging recreational activities for residents, promoting social interaction, mental stimulation, and physical well-being.

You will support daily group and individual activities, encourage resident participation, help decorate and set up for events and holidays, and document attendance and engagement. Schedule: PRN with some weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with seniors or activities role preferred.
• Energetic, patient, and reliable.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
