Job summary

Centennial Post Acute in Anchorage, AK is seeking an Activities Assistant to plan and lead resident activities, coordinate calendars, and support communication among staff, residents, and families.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead individual, small, and large group resident activities.
• Support effective communication among staff, residents, families, government agencies, and the public.
• Participate in community and facility planning to meet the needs and interests of residents and their families.
• Assist in creating and maintaining monthly activity calendars and attendance records.
• Contribute to the development of resident activity care plans and assessments.
