Peninsula Post-Acute is seeking a compassionate, energetic, and creative Activity Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help create meaningful experiences that enhance the physical, emotional, social, and mental well-being of our residents. Working alongside the Activity Director, you will assist in planning and leading engaging activities that promote resident participation, independence, and quality of life.
The Activity Assistant supports the Activity Director in developing and implementing a fun, creative, and interactive activities program that meets the individual interests and needs of residents. This position ensures activities are provided in accordance with federal, state, local, and facility guidelines while promoting resident engagement and well-being.
