Centennial Post Acute in Anchorage, AK is seeking a full-time Dietary Aide. The role offers an hourly wage of $17.89–$24.04 with a weekend differential and provides generous benefits. The successful candidate will join a compassionate team delivering quality meal service to residents.

Responsibilities include tray setup and cleanup, assisting with meals, monitoring dishwasher temperatures, and maintaining a sanitary kitchen. Qualifications include a HS diploma and Food Handlers' Certificate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must obtain Food Handlers' Certificate.
• Ability to work in cooperation and harmony with personnel in all departments.

• Set up and clean meal trays; strip returned trays and operate dishwasher.
• Assist with meal service, snacks, and resident nourishments.
• Monitor and record dishwasher temperature and sanitizer levels.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen environment.
• Sweep, mop, take out trash, and clean work surfaces and equipment.
• Unpack and store groceries in an organized and safe manner.
• Support the cook and dietary supervisor as needed.
