Job summary

Mason Healthcare Center is seeking an Activities Aide to join our team. Ideal for someone who enjoys working with seniors and creating a positive, engaging environment for residents.

Evening shifts 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM, plus every other weekend 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM. You will plan activities, lead residents, and help create a welcoming, safe activities space.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
• Activities or recreation experience preferred.
• Friendly, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Assist with planning and leading activities for residents.
• Encourage resident participation and social interaction.
• Help with games, crafts, entertainment, and group activities.
• Build positive relationships with residents.
• Assist with special events and celebrations.
