Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center is seeking a qualified Activities Aide to join our team in New Jersey. The role focuses on facilitating group activities, encouraging participation, and assisting with individual activities and transportation for residents.

The position requires a Diploma or GED, creativity, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Prior experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia is a plus. This is a full-time role with daily pay options available.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group activities and lead engaging programs.
• Encourage participation and track attendance.
• Maintain activity supplies clean and organized; restock as needed.
• Assist with 1-on-1 activities and transport residents to activities.
• Support outings, events, and other duties as assigned.
