Job summary

Chatham Hills Subacute is seeking an Activities Aide to join our team. You will facilitate group activities, assist with 1-on-1 interactions, and help transport residents to activities. Duties include organizing supplies, coordinating outings, and supporting special events.

Qualifications include a Diploma or GED and creativity. Experience with Alzheimer’s/Dementia and special needs is a plus, and flexibility for weekends, evenings, and holidays is required.
