Job summary

Creekside Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an Activity Aide to join our caring team in Nashville, TN. You will facilitate group activities, encourage participation, and help chart attendance to ensure residents stay engaged.

You will also assist with 1 on 1 activities, transport residents to and from activities, and support outings and special events. Flexibility including some weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or GED required.
• Creativity with activities.
• Experience with Alzheimer's/Dementia and special needs a plus.
• Self-motivation and reliability.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
