Job summary

Vuori in Bellevue, WA seeks a Retail Store Floor Lead to guide the sales team by example, delivering Vuori’s brand values through product knowledge and a positive, customer-first attitude. You’ll own the floor when the Store Manager is away and lead daily operations with a focus on service and visuals.

You’ll motivate the team to hit sales goals, train on fit and inventory, and drive events while maintaining merchandising standards. Competitive hourly pay with benefits.

Responsibilities

• Stay current on new products and best sellers and share with team.
• Oversee daily store operations in manager's absence.
• Motivate the team to hit sales goals in a team-based commission structure.
• Develop product knowledge across fashion and active-wear.
• Manage projects with focus on customer experience.
• Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising; restock and clean.
• Follow opening/closing protocols and safety standards.
