Job summary

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data including hiring, retention, attrition and mobility.
• Build and modify dashboards, reports and analytical products for client needs.
• Maintain position description libraries to standardize role information.
• Administer relational databases ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Normalize and integrate disparate data sets for consistent analysis.
• Support surveys across IC agencies and provide analytic insights.
• Analyze HR data to support workforce planning and decision making.
