Job summary

DarkStar Intelligence LLC is seeking a skilled Human Capital Data Analyst to support a National Security program. The role emphasizes analyzing workforce metrics, building data visualizations, and delivering analytic support for human capital initiatives.

Responsibilities include analyzing hiring, retention, mobility, and attrition trends, developing dashboards, managing HR data, and ensuring data integrity across relational databases for timely insights.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; 18 years of relevant experience or MS+10 or 24+ years with no degree.
• Experience in data analysis within a national security or IC context preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate technical findings clearly through visuals, reports, and verbal briefings.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data including hiring, retention, attrition, and mobility to identify trends.
• Build and modify dashboards, reports, and analytical products to meet client needs.
