Job summary

Leidos in the Intel Sector Analysis Solutions Business Area (ASBA) seeks a Senior Human Capital Data Analyst to support a National Security program. You will analyze workforce data, build visualizations in Excel and Tableau, and provide analytic support for human capital initiatives across IC agencies.

The role requires TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance, strong communication of complex findings, and a deep background in workforce analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in data analysis or related field.
• Master's degree with 10+ years preferred.
• No degree with 24+ years of relevant IC data experience.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data to identify hiring, retention, attrition, and mobility trends.
• Build and modify dashboards, reports, and analytical products for client needs.
• Assist in development and maintenance of position description libraries.
• Administer and manage relational databases; ensure data integrity.
• Normalize, standardize, and integrate disparate raw data sets for analysis.
• Support survey design and execution across IC agencies.
• Provide data analytic support for surveys and data calls.
• Manage HR data to support workforce planning and decision-making.
