Job summary

Grizzly Industrial, Inc. in Springfield, MO is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Specialist for a full-time day shift with rotating Saturdays. You will pick, pack, and prepare shipments, assist showroom customers, and handle loading onto vehicles while maintaining accuracy and speed.

You must be able to lift up to 70 lbs, stay active, and work in a fast-paced environment. Benefits include insurance, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in picking/packing.
• Reliable team player with punctuality and safety mindset.
• Experience with RF scanners and warehouse software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders with speed and accuracy.
• Prepare shipments and verify order details.
• Assist showroom customers by picking items and loading purchases.
• Load items into customer vehicles safely.
• Stock and organize incoming inventory.
• Use forklifts, ladders, RF scanners, and warehouse software.
• Support projects like racking assembly and stock organization.
• Collaborate with multiple departments.
