Job summary

Maximum Business Consulting is seeking to add to our shipping team in Manheim, Pennsylvania. This manual labor role requires physical fitness, including the ability to lift over 50 lbs, and the willingness to work in all weather conditions. You will engage in pulling customer orders, boxing, or palletizing items for shipping.

Job description

We are looking to add to our shipping team. The atmosphere is fun, unmatched, and truly a unique place to work. No two days are the same! Please note this is a manual labor role-- you will need to be physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs+. We work in all weather conditions. Steel toes are required as safety is our top priority.

You will be working in the shipping department, pulling customer orders, boxing and/or palletizing items to prepare them for shipping out. An understanding of measuring and weighing items is required. Willing to train the right candidate. Experience with power tools is a plus.

• Pull and prepare orders for shipping
• Ship items via box or pallet orders using established procedures
• Assist with general warehouse operations as needed
• Assist with loading customer items as required
• Ensure shipping area is kept clean and organized

We are looking for someone who both leads by example and works well with others. This is a first shift role with a start time of 8:00 am, Monday through Friday.

Work Schedule

We operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 am until 4:30 pm.
