Location: Maryland Heights, MO

Job Type: Full-time, on-site

Compensation: $20 per hour. Pay is subject to overtime based on hours worked.

About The Role

We are looking for a dependable Shipping Specialist to join our production team. In this role, you will prepare, package, and ship finished goods to customers while ensuring accuracy, quality, and on‑time delivery.

You will work closely with production, warehouse, and customer‑facing teams to move materials throughout the facility, maintain shipping records, and support an efficient shipping process.

What You'll Do

Shipping & Logistics

• Prepare, package, and ship finished goods to customers
• Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
• Move materials throughout the facility as needed
• Follow established procedures for receiving, material storage, order picking, and order staging
• Capture and maintain shipping information and documentation

Equipment & Material Handling

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and effectively
• Build and prepare shipping containers using hand and power tools
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
• Ensure materials are handled and stored properly

Quality & Customer Support

• Verify shipments for accuracy and completeness before shipment
• Identify and report damaged materials, defective parts, or shipping issues
• Work with internal and external customers to answer questions and resolve problems
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail and quality

Team & Continuous Improvement

• Meet productivity and performance expectations
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements
• Participate in continuous improvement activities
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance
• Assist with other production and shipping duties as assigned

• Exposure to moving equipment and mechanical parts
• Moderate noise levels typical of a production setting
• Frequent walking, standing, reaching, and material handling throughout the shift
