Job summary

mSupply is expanding its C&L Supply operations and seeks a dependable Warehouse Associate in Springfield, MO to join a hands-on team focused on safety, accuracy and timely order fulfillment.

You’ll handle receiving, picking, packing, stocking and shipping, operate forklifts and material handling equipment, and contribute to a reliable customer service experience for contractors and locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of warehouse or related experience.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and consistent follow-through.
• Comfortable working as part of a team.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
• Strong basic math and numerical skills.
• Commitment to following established safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound freight, shipping, receiving and order fulfillment.
• Accurately pick, pack and prepare customer orders and branch transfers.
• Load, unload, move and stock products throughout the warehouse.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify products and quantities for accuracy.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through product counts and discrepancy reporting.
• Prepare products for shipment and ensure orders are properly secured and documented.
• Operate forklifts, warehouse tools and material handling equipment safely.
• Follow established procedures, safety requirements and PPE guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.
• Identify and report safety hazards or inventory discrepancies.
• Work closely with branch team members to keep orders and products moving efficiently.
• Support customers, vendors and other branch locations with accurate and timely order fulfillment.
