Job summary

Culligan is seeking a Route Driver to manage a daily delivery route, delivering water and salt to homes and businesses and servicing dispensing units. You will troubleshoot basic equipment and ensure exceptional customer experiences on every stop.

Role requires physical work, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Training is provided, with full onboarding and opportunities for advancement within Culligan’s growing network.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50–80 lbs.
• Valid Class C or B license (or ability to obtain)
• Reliable, customer-focused, and able to interact daily with customers.
• Willing to learn and grow in a long-term career.

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete a daily delivery route for bottled water, salt, and other products.
• Deliver safely and accurately to residential and commercial customers.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues on water dispensing units.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service at every stop.
• Load/unload trucks and maintain delivery records.
• Follow DOT safety guidelines and requirements.
