Active Older Adult Program Director - Gateway Region YMCA (Education)

We serve more than 260,000 individuals annually through 24 branches in St. Louis City, seven Missouri counties, six Illinois counties, YMCA Trout Lodge, YMCA Camp Lakewood, the YMCA Community Development Branch, and the Washington University Campus Y Branch. Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with branch program staff on Active Older Adult programming efforts, including developing and maintaining engagement and recruitment strategies targeting older adults.
  2. Work with marketing and communications teams to tell stories highlighting the impact and outcomes of strategies.
  3. Utilize data platforms to track and report outcomes formally.
  4. Implement member engagement and sales strategies to promote retention and recruitment of Active Older Adult (AOA) members.
  5. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with community partners aligned with AOA interests and strategic priorities.
  6. Operate in coordination with GWRYMCA's Community Health Team to increase awareness, recruitment, and enrollment in chronic disease prevention programs.
  7. Perform other duties as assigned.
