This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility.
Under the direction of a Senior Program Director, the Active Older Adult Program Director is responsible for driving usage and engagement of older adults through developing strategies, coordinating events, data monitoring and reporting, and building community partnerships tied to the Y’s older adult population. The primary goal of this role is to provide opportunities for older adults to increase their social connections.
