Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develop Activities: design and deliver resident programs with memory care transition focus.
• Lead or conduct activities timely and coordinate at least one family activity monthly.
• Present a professional demeanor aligned with service philosophy.
• Familiarize with residents and observe daily living activities.
• Encourage and motivate residents; participate in employer training.
• Cover Activities duties in absence of the staff.
