Job summary

WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Pharmacy Associate – Inventory in California. You will partner with healthcare professionals at inventory events, count inventory with handheld scanners, and ensure accuracy while traveling to store locations.

No degree required; 18+ years old and reliable transportation are essential. Training provided, with opportunities for performance-based pay increases and a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Completes pharmacy and hospital training certification, as required.
• Complies with healthcare and pharmacy standards, including PPE and confidentiality.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld technology.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Arrest/conviction history considered under local laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner one-on-one with healthcare professionals at an inventory event to capture part numbers, serials, NDCs and expiration dates.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Meet productivity goals to increase earnings through performance-based pay.
• Travel to retail locations.
• Lead by example and uphold company values at all times.
