Job summary

WIS International is seeking a part-time Retail Pharmacy Associate – Inventory in California. You will work at inventory events, count and document drug and device data, and travel between retail locations to support accurate stock counts.

The role offers starting wages of $19.00–$21.00 per hour with flexible scheduling and paid training. Benefits include a 401(k) program, health/dental/vision, and performance-based pay increases.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting inventory.
• Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic technology.

Responsibilities

• Partner with healthcare professionals at inventory events to count and record lot numbers, serial numbers, NDCS and expiration dates.
• Count and record retail inventory using handheld scanners with high accuracy.
• Meet productivity goals to maximize earnings under the pay-for-performance plan.
