Hy-Vee is seeking a Courtesy Clerk to assist customers, bag groceries, and keep the store clean and welcoming. You will help shoppers across the store, stock shelves, and support team members to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

• Follow detailed written or verbal instructions and complete tasks with modest variables.
• Perform basic arithmetic to handle transactions.

• Work well in a team to keep the store clean and customers happy.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly customer service by greeting customers with a smile and learning their names.
• Package purchases and help transport them to customers’ vehicles or carts.
• Keep front-end and work areas clean; sweep, mop, and stock shelves as needed.
• Assist in training new courtesy clerks and support other departments as required.
• Maintain store appearance and safety, including shoveling walkways when needed.
