Role Summary

The AD/IAM Specialist is responsible for planning and executing the separation, migration, and implementation of identity and access management systems. This includes managing Active Directory, Azure AD, and identity federation to ensure secure and compliant access for users, applications, and services.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute Active Directory and Azure AD migrations or separations.
• Implement IAM policies including MFA, conditional access, and least-privilege access.
• Manage user provisioning, group policies, and identity federation (SSO, SAML, OAuth).
• Ensure identity systems meet security and compliance requirements (e.g., MFA, audit logging).
• Support integration with third-party SaaS and on-prem applications.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, and IAM platforms (e.g., Okta, Ping, ForgeRock).
• Hands-on experience with AD domain/forest migrations and hybrid identity.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, RBAC, and privileged access management.
• Familiarity with scripting tools (PowerShell, Python) for automation and reporting.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Identity & Access, Azure Administrator) preferred.
