Job description

The IAM Practice Manager will oversee customer loyalty and adoption of Saviynt’s services and products, aligning with customers’ business objectives. This role is responsible for driving customer success through advisory, adoption strategies, and metrics analysis, leading to higher customer satisfaction, retention, and business expansion.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
  2. Collaborate with the Sales team to facilitate a customer-focused sales, onboarding, and launch process.
  3. Build strong relationships up to C-level executives.
  4. Gain a deep understanding of the customer’s identity and access governance landscape and advise on solutions using Saviynt’s products.
  5. Foster trust with customers and sponsors to promote product adoption and value realization.
  6. Coordinate with internal teams to align product development and support with customer strategies.
  7. Represent customer needs in internal prioritization.
  8. Prepare proactively for key events like go-lives and releases.
  9. Maintain detailed account and success plans for each customer.
  10. Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions as needed.
  11. Identify utilization trends and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
  12. Plan and deliver education on new features and updates.
  13. Manage renewal pipelines, addressing at-risk accounts to ensure renewals.
  14. Support delivery projects and organizational process improvements.
  15. Act as the voice of the customer to drive continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU BRING
  1. Experience and knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM); cybersecurity or compliance background is valuable.
  2. Hands-on experience with IAM and security technologies such as SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, Microsoft, or Saviynt.
  3. Consulting experience from a large/strategic consultancy or internal corporate function.
  4. Strong understanding of cloud architecture and on-premises IT landscapes.
  5. Experience in IT system implementation, especially cloud or identity management solutions.
  6. Excellent communication skills, including issue tracking and crisis management.
  7. Proactive mindset with a focus on risk mitigation.
  8. Willingness to travel up to 20%.
