Job description

SAIC has an immediate opening for an Identity Management Engineer to join our RITS contract team and be responsible for managing a migration for identities within the environment. As the Identity Migration Subject Matter Expert, you will design, deploy, and migrate the new identity solution in the environment.

This is a 100% work from home position.

Job Duties:

1. Plan, implement, and manage identity and access management solutions.
2. Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
3. Guide the migration of current Identity Management solution to new Army provided solution.
4. Develop and maintain training materials related to identity and access management.
5. Keep up to date with the latest industry developments and trends.
6. Manage user identity lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and account updates. This will include migrating current workflows to the new solution.
7. Respond to customer requirements to deliver as requested.
8. Handle escalated customer inquiries and support tickets.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree with nine (9) years of relevant experience; Master's degree with seven (7) years of relevant experience; or 4 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree.

Required Security Clearance:

• Must have an Active Secret Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in IAM or a related field.
• Strong technical skills, including experience with identity and access management solutions.
• Familiarity with best practices and DoD compliance standards.
• Knowledge of dynamic and high-level languages such as PowerShell or Python.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Experience in IT security or a related field.
