Qualifications

• Active Colorado real estate license required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel throughout the Denver metro area.
• Availability for some evening and weekend appointments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and highly responsive.
• Comfortable working directly with buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities

• Show homes to active buyers throughout the Denver metro area.
• Schedule and coordinate property tours.
• Provide a professional and exceptional client experience during showings.
• Communicate with buyers before, during, and after appointments.
• Keep the lead agent updated on buyer feedback, activity, and next steps.
• Attend inspections and final walkthroughs when needed.
• Assist with open houses and other client-facing appointments.
• Support listing-side activities when needed.
• Maintain timely communication with clients and team members.
• Learn local neighborhoods, property values, contracts, and the transaction process.
• Follow established team systems, standards, and processes.
• Represent Hudson Stonegate Team professionally in the field.
