Qualifications

• Meet with motivated Spanish-speaking sellers and guide them through the listing process
• Build strong relationships that lead to signed listings and referrals
• Manage communication and follow-up using CRM systems and proven sales processes
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from consultation through closing
• Host open houses and convert attendees into active clients
• Manage your calendar, sales pipeline, and appointments efficiently
• Participate in weekly training, coaching, and team meetings

Responsibilities

• Meet with qualified homebuyers and understand their needs
• Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
• Prepare and negotiate purchase offers and contracts
• Guide clients from contract to closing
• Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business
• Manage client communication and follow-up using our CRM
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Transaction Coordination teams
