Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or better in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years coordinating recreational activities and programs.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and market all community events and programs with the Community Manager.
• Oversee staff and volunteers to ensure facilities, events, classes and service meet resident needs.
• Assess success of events through focus groups and evaluations.
• Respond to communications promptly with courtesy and professionalism.
• Develop wellness programs and a comprehensive member retention plan.
