This role focuses on presenting promotional vacation packages, qualifying customers, overcoming objections, securing payments, scheduling resort tours, and ensuring compliance with company standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous sales or call center experience preferred.
• Timeshare or hospitality sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate to advanced computer and CRM proficiency.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to promote vacation packages.
• Qualify customers based on company and tour requirements.
• Present package offers, overcome objections, and close sales.
• Process payments, activate packages, and schedule tours/travel dates.
• Provide accurate disclosures and maintain compliance standards.
• Update CRM records and document customer interactions.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication.
• Achieve sales, conversion, quality, and productivity goals.
• Collaborate with Verification, Credit, Reservations, and QA teams as needed.

Your Impact

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous sales or call center experience preferred

Ability to adapt quickly to technical platforms or new learning systems.
