Job summary

Iterative Health in New York is seeking a Director of Activations Strategy & Operations to own the end-to-end activation operating model for clinical trials. You will diagnose bottlenecks, design scalable processes, and drive cross-functional execution across Site Operations, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial to shorten time to activation.

You will set targets, monitor milestones, and build playbooks, with a 75-day activation goal and a portfolio that scales as trials grow.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy and operations or related function.
• Ability to diagnose process inefficiencies and drive cross-functional execution.
• Strong systems thinking to scale processes with volume growth.
• Experience defining roles, responsibilities, and operating models.
• High ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functions.
• Experience with vendor identification, evaluation, and management.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end activation performance framework and 75-day activation goal.
• Monitor milestones, surface risks early, and drive timely responses.
• Lead portfolio and site sequencing decisions to maximize revenue opportunities.
• Diagnose time losses across activation lifecycle and design scalable processes.
• Develop and maintain activation playbooks for trials, sites, and therapies.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology for real-time activation visibility.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and handoffs across activating functions.
• Partner with Site Operations, Regulatory, Legal, Commercial, and Study Success.
• Develop vendor partnerships to accelerate timelines and performance.
