Iterative Health, a healthcare technology company, seeks a Director of Activations Strategy & Operations in New York to own the end-to-end activation model and drive cross-functional execution. You will lead the 75-day activation target from trial award to site activation, building scalable processes and playbooks, and partnering with Site Operations, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy and operations or related function with scalable process design.
• Ability to diagnose inefficiencies, design solutions, and drive cross-functional execution.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to connect components at scale.
• Experience defining roles and operating models across multiple functions.
• High ownership mindset with clear accountability for outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence without authority.
• Experience with vendor identification, evaluation and management in operations.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end activation performance framework and targets.
• Diagnose time loss across the activation lifecycle and design scalable processes.
• Partner with Site Operations, Regulatory, Legal, Commercial, and Study Success.
• Develop activation playbooks and provide real-time portfolio visibility with Product/Tech.
• Build and grow the activations team and establish cadence and accountability.
