Job summary

Iterative Health seeks a Director of Activations Strategy & Operations to own the end-to-end activation operating model, diagnose bottlenecks, and drive cross-functional execution across Site Operations, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial to achieve rapid site activation. You will lead design of scalable processes and playbooks, with a focus on predictable timelines and performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy and operations or related field.
• Ability to diagnose process inefficiencies and design scalable solutions.
• Strong systems thinking with volume growth planning.
• Experience defining roles and operating models across functions; ownership mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, influencing across multiple teams.
• Experience with vendor identification, evaluation and management in an operational context.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end activation performance framework: targets, milestones, and 75-day activation goal.
• Diagnose bottlenecks across activation lifecycle and design scalable processes.
• Develop activation playbooks for trials, sites, and therapies.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology for real-time activation visibility.
• Define roles, responsibilities and handoffs across activation functions.
• Partner with Site Operations, Regulatory, Legal, Commercial to align priorities.
• Build and scale the activations team and governance cadence.
