Job summary

Entarian, formed through the strategic union of Sev1Tech and ERT, seeks an Action Officer to support the PdM M2S2 program aboard Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This role provides administrative and operations support and interfaces with multiple teams and higher headquarters worldwide.

The position requires self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously, with telework considered after starting. Expect a 5-day in-office workweek with opportunities to coordinate across DoD organizations.

Qualifications

• US citizen with SECRET clearance.
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant administrative and operations experience supporting military weapons systems; 7 years can substitute for degree.
• Fundamental understanding of military organizational dynamics.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and effectively with the Product Manager, M2S2, Deputy, PdM M2S2, PdM M2S2 Operations Lead, M2S2 product teams, and external stakeholders as directed and required.
• Support the efforts and actions of the M2S2 Operations Lead for all tasks, including SACOs, assigned from higher headquarters (PM STARE, PEO M&S, ASAALT, and other DoD organizations).
• Assist with the review and editing of official correspondence and briefings.
• Assist with the scheduling conference rooms, internal to the M2S2 Program Office and with external organizations for activities such as secure conference rooms.
• Primary back-up to the PdM M2S2 Executive Assistant.
