MANTECH seeks a motivated Action Officer in Chantilly, VA to support the Directorate’s Tracking Information and Enterprise Response (TIER) actions. You will draft responses, coordinate inputs, and maintain established distribution groups to ensure timely, polished products for submission.

The role requires synthesis of inputs from multiple entities, preparation of executive communications, and briefing senior military, civilian, and contractor personnel. Domestic travel up to 25% is possible.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience or HS/GED with 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience with Tier or organization task tracking tools.
• Experience in synthesizing information from multiple entities into a single response to create communications and business documentation.
• Experience in providing technical reviews and preparation of correspondence packages with proper classification.
• Experience in drafting and editing executive correspondence
• Experience interfacing and briefing senior military, civilian, and contractor personnel
• Experience presenting senior level briefings and reports

• Review, monitor, coordinate, and track internal and external agreements.
