Job summary

KBR is seeking an Action Officer in Chantilly, VA to provide Director's Action Group support, manage tasking, tracking, and closures, and maintain the action tracking system. The role interfaces with internal/external customers and emphasizes policy, regulations, and program management.

The position requires TS/SCI poly clearance, extensive experience with government or IC/DoD programs, and strong written/spoken communication. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI poly clearance is required for this position.
• 10+ years in government or IC/DoD.
• Demonstrated experience with DoD/IC budgets, national security policy.
• Experience with systems engineering or project/program management.
• Experience working with senior executives at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible DAG support including calendar, communications, travel, and security.
• Draft and review internal/external correspondence with high quality control.
• Prepare and coordinate presentations for Customer level audiences.
• Support IPTs, ethics, and engineering committees; track actions and deadlines.
• Develop SOPs for TIER processes and generate related metrics and reports.
