Job summary

Kindeva Drug Delivery is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee aseptic filling and sterile subassembly operations. You will supervise union operators, ensure cGMP adherence, and lead audits and batch record reviews across the aseptic processing area.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences or technology field, at least two years in pharma/manufacturing, and strong English communication. On-site work with potential budget and materials coordination responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science or other Technology or Life Science field.
• Experience: Minimum of two years prior work experience; pharmaceutical background helpful.
• Language: Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Computer: Proficient with Microsoft Applications and TrackWise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise aseptic filling and sterile subassembly operations.
• Instruct union operators on daily duties per cGMP and SOPs.
• Perform GMP audits and review batch records for accuracy.
• Coordinate personnel activities and ensure proper coverage.
• Maintain inventory of materials and sterile items.
• Assist with development and maintenance of department budget and ordering.
