Job summary

Penn Talent and Entertainment in Las Vegas seeks a motivated admissions consultant to sell school programs and handle inquiries. You will follow up with leads by phone, text, and email, and run consultations with prospective students and families to present and enroll them in our acting classes and productions.

Draft enrollment documents, keep records up to date, and coordinate with the talent manager and admin team to move opportunities forward.

Qualifications

• Real industry knowledge of SAG-AFTRA, auditions, agents and managers
• Strong writing skills for clear, professional documents
• Comfortable guiding prospects to a decision and closing
• Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus
• Self-motivated and organized, able to manage follow-ups
• Calm, adaptable, fast-paced environment
• Familiar with CRM or lead trackers and productivity tools

Responsibilities

• Follow up with leads and inquiries by phone, text, and email
• Run consultations with prospective students and their families
• Explain and sell our acting classes, programs, and productions
• Draft enrollment agreements, proposals, and other documents
• Keep lead and enrollment information organized and up to date
• Collaborate with talent manager and admin team to keep things moving
• Represent the company at workshops and events
