Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or an Iowa RN license is required.
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical practice with evidence-based approaches.
• Experience with ACT or community-based mental health services preferred.
• Strong counseling skills for group, individual, and/or family sessions as appropriate.
• Willingness to travel as part of a community-based program.
• Proficient oral and written communication and documentation.
• Ability to operate electronic health record systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision of clinical services for the ACT Team.
• Plan, implement and manage staffing to ensure service levels.
• Lead interdisciplinary team meetings and provide clinical direction.
• Coordinate with ACT team members and scheduling of all meetings.
• Assist patients and staff with telehealth IT issues as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA and confidentiality requirements and ensure quality documentation.
• Hire, train, and support new staff as needed.
• Deliver clinical services and participate in CQI activities.
