Job summary

Prairie Ridge Integrated Behavioral Healthcare seeks an ACT Team Leader to launch and guide a new Assertive Community Treatment team in the Marshalltown area. You will recruit and develop the team, establish daily operations, and lead care that supports individuals in homes and communities.

The role includes clinical services when needed, participation in on-call rotations, and collaboration with care management, residential services, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and licensure or RN license to provide mental health therapy in Iowa.
• At least three years of clinical practice in mental health.
• Experience with ACT or community-based services preferred.
• Strong documentation and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, and train ACT team members.
• Supervise clinical services and provide clinical supervision.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and service coverage.
• Lead team meetings to ensure coordinated treatment.
• Provide direct clinical services as needed and participate in on-call rotation.
• Coordinate telehealth access and technology troubleshooting.
• Develop policies and participate in quality improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
