Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in social work or Mental Health Counseling.
• LICENSE: LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT or RN/NP/Physician.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting.
• Fingerprints and background checks required by NYS.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ACT team while providing direct services on a multi-disciplinary unit.
• Serve as an essential part of the clinical leadership on the team.
• Demonstrate leadership, collaboration, and compassionate communication.

Education

Master’s degree or higher in social work / MH counseling

LMSW / LMHC / LCSW / LMFT license

RN license encouraged

Physician license
