RiseWell Community Services is hiring a Full-Time Team-Leader for their Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Teams in New York. The Team Leader will oversee their team while providing direct services and fostering collaborative communication.

The ideal candidate must have a Master's degree or higher in social work or related fields, along with relevant licensures and at least 3 years of experience in a treatment setting. Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a treatment or rehabilitation setting.
• Licensure as LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT or RN required.
