Job summary

Apis Services, Inc. in Delaware seeks a Master’s Level Clinician to join an Assertive Community Treatment team serving adults with severe mental illness.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, deliver counseling, and coordinate community resources to promote recovery and life stability. The role requires a master’s degree in a behavioral health field, 5+ years of supervisory experience, and relevant Delaware licenses or CADC certification.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of five years of clinical supervisory experience in behavioral health.
• Administrative supervisory experience preferred (2+ years).
• License and/or certification as Delaware BH professional; CPR valid.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and update individualized treatment plans with ACT team collaboration.
• Provide individual counseling and clinical interventions.
• Coordinate services across housing, employment, medical, and community resources.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment approaches, and deliver crisis intervention when needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation in EHR and maintain regulatory compliance.
