Qualifications

• Master's Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related behavioral science field.
• 3 years' experience providing oversight and direct clinical services to adults with complex mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders.
• 2 years of professional-level supervisory experience.
• Must be licensed in Virginia as an LPC, LCSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of case management and therapy services for the ACT team.
• Coordinate outreach, assessment, linkage to providers, advocacy, and aftercare for high-need clients.
• Lead the ACT team, ensure fidelity to guidelines and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor crisis interventions and risk management, including high-risk individuals.
