Job summary

Apis Services, Inc. seeks an ACT Team Lead to provide clinical leadership and oversee a multidisciplinary ACT team serving adults with serious mental illness.

You will supervise staff, manage treatment planning, and ensure services align with ACT standards and regulatory requirements. The role combines clinical duties with program administration, quality improvement, and community collaboration to support recovery, independence, and community integration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant Human Services field is required.
• Minimum three years of direct service experience with adults in mental health or related areas.
• Two years of community-based treatment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and direct services as the primary clinician for an ACT team.
• Supervise, coach, and develop staff; participate in hiring, onboarding and performance evaluations.
• Ensure ACT standards, documentation, and regulatory compliance; manage program operations and outcomes.
• Coordinate with community partners and oversee program administration and financial performance.
